Death Star Droid RA-7 DIY Helmet kit 11 Adult Size Star Wars Clone Wars
The RA-7 series droids have come by many names;'Inventory droid','Insect droid' or its most common and loveable name:'The Death Star Droid' - due to its use aboard the first death star in A New Hope. This famous and unique robotic creature has been lovingly crafted to be as screen accurate as possible, and wearable! The visor as printed, is obviously not'see through' so would be more of a display piece, however, it is completely seperate incase you wanted to cast the shape in a see through material.
Due to its very small bottom neck hole, the two halves of the helmet are separated and canoe joined by 8 x (3mm x 4mm) neodymium magnets. All parts are separate for easier building. Please Note - This is a DIY Kit.
The first images are what you can make on your own from this kit. The parts will need to be assembled, filled, sanded and painted and the fun really is all in the build! Actually items received are the following raw 3D printed parts. We are very proud of this helmet! We always try our best to print parts in their respective colours however, depending on filament demand, some pieces may differ in colour. As the helmet will be prepped and painted however this doesn't matter. This helmet fits most adult male heads. If you believe you have a head larger than the average Uk male of 57.2 cm circumference (measured at the brow), then please add a note to your order or message us on Facebook and we can make arrangements to print larger. Orders are printed on demand. 3D printing is a slow process and we don't rush our prints. Current lead time is 5-6 weeks so please bare with us. If a part is broken upon arrival then please do get in touch and we'll send you a new one.
