You will receive the set pictured. This set was never taken apart until the photos were taken, and it held together remarkably well. This set was dusted regularly on its many years of display but you may want to give the parts a bath before rebuilding it anyways.
There are NO instruction manual, box, or original UCS plaque sticker (or the parts that build the plaque) included. I did include an aftermarket UCS sticker as pictured. This is a great set, a fun build, and a really rare and classic model. It was admired for years, but we are downsizing and it is time for this set to find a new home to be admired in. Pieces were bagged by color and nroadly by piece type while disassembling it.There are a handful of pieces that look to have had some sun contact and the color has faded slightly. There were some replacements colored pieces used on the inner portions of the set. They are all on the inside framework of the set and not part of the visible structure. Here is what I noticed when taking it apart. 1x2 Tan bricks with stub vertical end - substituted with light gray.
2X8 Tan bricks - substituted with yellow. Tan Hinge Bricks - substituted with light gray. 1 Angle Element #5 tan - substituted with black. Red Angle Bricks 5x5 - substituted with black. Dark Gray Technic Bricks 1x12 - substituted with Light Gray.
Dark Gray round plate - substituted with light gray. Mini Antenna - gray knobs substituted with black. Metallic Dark Gray 15m beams - substituted with dark gray. There may be additional color swaps internal to the structure that I did not clearly notice while taking it apart. I ordered some of the replacements on bricklink and they are included in the pictures. Thank you for taking the time to read this listing.
